Why don’t PA cops understand that open-carry of a firearm is legal when on foot?. Pittsburgh cops illegally detained this fellow just for exercising his 2nd amendment right to carry a firearm. Note that in Pennsylvania it is legal to openly carry a firearm when on foot.

I’m glad my son wasn’t born in the UK

I’m glad my son wasn’t born in the UK. There they spirit the dad away from the kid and mom right after birth. When Clark was born I was present at my wife’s side during the whole procedure, sang to my son and let him hold my finger when he was born, and then spent […]

Here’s my first one. (i.e., don’t expect too much yet.) The Fish Mike saw the sunken dock. A […]

Bob Barr knows how to sell liberty. In this video he succinctly explains how the economy is managed by unelected officials at the Federal Reserve, that the government should not be the manager of the economy and that these developments rob the individual of their freedom. At it’s root, almost every problem we have can […]

Why Not to Designate Oil a Public Utility

In a missive straight out of Atlas Shrugged, Judge Ed Ludwig wants us to “designate oil companies as public utilities”. Don’t let the semantics confuse you. What he really advocates is price controls, blackmail and fascism. What’s Reasonable? A public utility regulated by the state or federal government, or the two working together, is entitled […]
